About Us

DuraMed Equipment was founded in Marion, NC in 2009 by Matthew Todd Miller and Tice Junior Randolph as a Durable Medical Equipment Supply Company. Originally on Main Street in Downtown Marion, DuraMed Equipment LLC is now located off Nix Creek Road behind G.E.M. Constructors.

Since then, Mr. Randolph has left DuraMed Equipment to focus on his other company, Lily Care, a Home Health Provider. Mr. Miller has since sold primary ownership of DuraMed to Kevin Price in May of 2016. Mr. Price is a lifelong resident of Western North Carolina and attended Appalachian State University. Mr. Price has over 20 years of management and business experience and currently lives in Marion with his wife Jill. DuraMed has  built a team of professionals to run the day to day operations and provide the kind of service that has come to be expected.

DuraMed has been provided it's surrounding community with their medical supplies for over 8 years now. Our patients needs range from one end of the medical spectrum to the other, whether needs be based around obesity, immobility, incontinence or urological, and many others.

Focusing mainly on DME supplies, the people at DuraMed also pride themselves on finding creative solutions to mobility problems unmatched by similar companies.

Our home modification business is our greatest asset.  Each job we have done is custom and unique and we are continually striving to ensure our clients get the best quality of work.

We supply hundreds of Patients in Western North Carolina much needed supplies.
